The Gamer Lounge

Because my post about the Pyro updates generated a surprisingly large amount of traffic, I figured I should let you know about the Heavy update!    Yes siree, over the next few days you can find an increasing amount of information here.  http://steamgames.com/tf2/heavy/

So far they have the achievement icons up, a new map, and the Heavy’s new “upgraded” boxing glove.  Pretty dang cool.

On another note, can anyone tell me if the 360 has even gotten Medic achievements yet?

So APPARENTLY, Gamer Pictures are going to be ditched and Avatars are going to be the new kids on the block.  I’m not quite sure what I think of this.  The amount of customization you can do looks cool, but I’m not sure everyone will like this style.  I can tell you that I’m digging the guy in the white tux with the eye patch!

Man, some of THESE are super cool.  You know, I would be a lot happier to see advertisements if they all started doing things as creative as this.  The FedEx one is especially cool!
